This course allows you to enjoy carefully prepared original Japanese cuisine, such as our specialty shabu-shabu with flying fish broth and beef cheek stewed in red wine.The clay pot cooked white rice can be changed to seafood clay pot rice with sea urchin for an additional 3,300 yen.Please enjoy a special time with your loved ones with our signature course.

Wild seafood is grilled and the broth and rice are cooked in a clay pot.Finished with fresh sea urchin and a homemade shiso pesto sauce made with the utmost care by our artisans.Be sure to try Gon's famous clay pot rice, which is fragrant with garlic! If you have any left over, you can make rice balls to take home.

[The aroma of dashi wafts through the air] Flying fish dashi shabu-shabu

Course included

The soup stock is made using dried flying fish from Nagasaki Prefecture.The beautifully clear, carefully extracted broth is delicious even as is! We will prepare one hot pot for each person.Enjoy fresh seafood, meat, and hand-sliced vegetables by quickly dipping them in the sauce.Served with homemade ponzu sauce and homemade dashi soy sauce.

Domestic beef cheek stewed in red wine

This dish takes three days to complete.The meat is stewed with lots of vegetables.The vegetables are made into a paste and then slowly and carefully cooked into a sauce.Please enjoy this time-consuming cheek meat with some red wine.

Specialty seafood prepared by a chef with over 30 years of experience

We offer specially selected seafood dishes such as carefully selected sashimi and hot pots made with dried flying fish from Nagasaki Prefecture.Enjoy it with a selection of Japanese sake or other alcoholic beverages.
