Fresh, natural seafood is grilled, then cooked in a clay pot with broth and rice.It's finished with fresh sea urchin and a homemade shiso pesto sauce, a specialty of our chefs.Be sure to try Gon's signature clay pot rice, fragrant with garlic! If you have any leftovers, you can take them home as rice balls.

Served in individual hot pots.

The broth uses dried flying fish (ago) from Nagasaki Prefecture.The beautifully clear, carefully prepared broth is delicious on its own! Each person will be provided with their own pot.Enjoy fresh seafood, meat, and hand-cut, finely shredded vegetables by simply dipping them in the sauce.Served with homemade ponzu sauce and homemade dashi soy sauce.

Domestic beef cheek stewed in red wine

This dish takes three days to complete.The meat is stewed with lots of vegetables.The vegetables are made into a paste and then slowly and carefully cooked into a sauce.Please enjoy this time-consuming cheek meat with some red wine.

Specialty seafood prepared by a chef with over 30 years of experience

We offer specially selected seafood dishes such as carefully selected sashimi and hot pots made with dried flying fish from Nagasaki Prefecture.Enjoy it with a selection of Japanese sake or other alcoholic beverages.
